NOTES FOR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

For professional development, you can preview Step 2 and complete the questionnaire in about one hour.

For your classes, Step 2 only takes a few days. Start with one full class (or a lengthy homework assignment) to watch the video lecture, the video instructions, and do one pratice set. There are only 3 practice sets, so devote a warm-up, cool-down, or homework assignment to work through other practice sets in the next few days.

This video lecture goes into great detail, perhaps more than you would like. Watching the video yourself is important, but you may choose to explain the pattern more quickly and with less detail.

NOTES FOR STUDENTS

This video lecture is relatively long, about 15 minutes, but you will find it very helpful, whether you're a total beginner or an experienced student of Spanish at any level.

These concepts are usually considered confusing, but with the unique explanation, graphics, and examples, you'll think finding the default stressed vowel is easy... and super helpful!
